Raise Your Calm is a small, trauma-informed group designed to help you gently regulate your nervous system and reconnect with steadier ground inside yourself.

This is for adults who are tired of holding it all together, and want a consistent space to soften, breathe, and come back to their body — one week at a time.


What this is

Raise Your Calm is a six-week, in-person nervous system regulation group.
Held weekly in a calm garden space, each session offers gentle, trauma-informed practices that support regulation, grounding, and embodied calm.

You don’t need experience. You don’t need to be “good at” this.
You only need a willingness to arrive as you are.


What to expect

Each session includes:

  • Gentle grounding and nervous system regulation

  • Simple practices you can take into daily life

  • Space to slow down, soften, and reconnect with your body

  • A consistent, non-judgemental group environment

This is not a therapy group and there is no pressure to share.
You’re always invited to participate in ways that feel safe for you.
