At Raise Your Village, Reiki is always offered through a trauma-informed and neurodiverse-aware lens.

Touch is discussed and consent-led
You can talk, rest, or sit in silence

There is no expectation to “open up” or revisit anything you’re not ready for.
This is about supporting your system safely, not pushing it.
