A gentle, playful space where children learn to understand their emotions, regulate their nervous systems, and build inner calm.

In this 60-minute workshop, children explore emotional literacy through movement, breath, and creative expression. Using trauma-informed practices and neuroscience-rooted tools, we help children recognise big feelings, build self-awareness, and develop calming strategies they can use at home, school, and beyond. Through games, stories, and sensory activities, children learn: 🌈 How to name and understand their emotions 🌬️ Simple breathwork and movement to feel safe and grounded 🧠 What their brain and body do when they feel overwhelmed 💛 How to build a personal calm toolkit they can use anytime This class is designed to be inclusive, gentle, and empowering—whether your child is navigating anxiety, sensory sensitivity, or simply learning to tune into themselves. We honour every child’s pace and personality. No one is ever forced to share or perform. This is a space of safety, softness, and self-discovery.
